MailroomIQ SMS Opt-In
MailroomIQ helps participating mailbox stores send transactional SMS notifications to customers who choose to receive text updates about their mailbox account.
These messages may include mail or package pickup notices, pickup reminders, and customer-service updates related to mailbox and mailroom handling.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in by selecting the optional SMS notification consent checkbox in their PMB rental agreement or mailbox onboarding paperwork provided by their participating mailbox store. The form asks for the customer's mobile number and includes SMS notification disclosures.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to rent or maintain a mailbox or to purchase goods or services.

Opt out and help
Customers can opt out by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
Customers can request help by replying HELP or INFO.
Opt-in or resume keywords may include START, YES, or UNSTOP, but SMS notifications remain subject to the participating store's consent and notification preference records.
Privacy and terms
Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are used to provide requested transactional and customer-service notifications for participating stores. They are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
